UHNW Estate Management

UHNW Estate Management: One Accountable Hand Across the Entire Estate

For substantial private residences with more complex household requirements, the need goes well beyond keeping a house in good order. There's a household to run — staff to manage, suppliers to coordinate, security and access to oversee, works and renovations to supervise — and for an owner based abroad, no single person holding all of it together.

UHNW Estate Management is built around that gap. Rather than a service applied to your property, it's a relationship built around your household — structured differently for every estate we work with, because no two are the same.

This means household staff recruitment and oversight, coordinated through Matthew's twenty-five years working with HNW and UHNW clients internationally; security and access management; concierge and arrival preparation, so the property is exactly as you expect it whenever you return; supervision of significant works and renovations; and management of the suppliers and vendors your property depends on. Where it's useful, we also coordinate directly with your wider professional network — your family office, lawyers or accountants — so nothing about your property becomes something you have to manage yourself.

Discretion runs through all of it. Your household, staff arrangements and private affairs are handled with absolute discretion; we work quietly and discreetly, within the reporting structure you choose.
