We visit your property on a regular schedule you agree with us, checking for anything that needs attention before it becomes a problem. We hold keys, so there's never a delay getting someone in when it matters. We pay bills on your behalf so nothing lapses while you're away. And when you're coming back, we prepare the property so it's ready the moment you walk in — heating on, fridge stocked if you'd like it, nothing to sort out on arrival.
If something does go wrong, you'll hear from us within the hour, and someone will be at the property within four, where reasonably practicable. Not a ticket in a system — Matthew, or a member of his small, trusted local team, in person.
Property Care is retained monthly, with the level of attention tailored to your property — a Cascais apartment and a large villa with grounds and a pool need different things, and your proposal reflects that.
